Ventura Center for Dental Health is seeking a motivated and experienced associate dentist to become a valued member of our team with opportunity for ownership. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established, award winning practice with a strong patient base and access to cutting-edge digital dentistry technology. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care, be excellent in esthetic dentistry, build lasting relationships with patients, and contribute to a positive team environment. Responsibilities include: Collaborating within a team environment of 12, including the potential for supervising up to 3 hygienists per day. Building strong and trusting relationships with patients, ensuring their comfort and understanding of treatment plans through excellence in communication. Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a GP with a focus on cosmetic dentistry
